Welcome to Street Quaker Meeting.
We arrive for Meeting for Worship on Sundays from 10.00am onwards and Meeting takes place from 10.30 - 11.30am. You are very welcome to come and join us!

Our children's meeting is normally on the first three Sundays of the month but not in August. If you are planning to bring your family along do read our Children's Meeting page.

Enquirers Meeting

If you're keen to find out more about Quakers; or if you'd like to try our kind of Meeting for less than an hour, why not come along to the Meeting House Library on the 2nd Sunday of every month at 09.30. You will have the opportunity to join our main Meeting for Worship at 10.30.

Refreshments

At about 11.40 on Sundays we have refreshments, and on the 3rd Sunday, a Bring and Share lunch. (Please bring along some food to share with others if you can!).  For us, sharing lunch together deepens our sense of fellowship and enriches our community.

There is another Quaker Meeting nearby:

Wells Quaker Meeting meets in the Denning Room,

United Church, Union Street, Wells (opp. 22 Union Street)

on the 4th Sunday at 2.30 pm

Wells is a small informal meeting of mainly retired Friends and Attenders. If you are coming for the first time, you might wish to contact Tony Habgood, ahab5@tiscali.co.uk 01761 241404

If you are on holiday in the south west and would like to find another meeting closer to where you are staying, try Find a Quaker Meeting
